Old Mill

Saturday Mom and I took the kids to The Old Mill, which isn't very far from Jared and Shelby's house, and took lots of pics! It was the worst time of day to take pictures because the sun was so bright, but we were instructed to get the kids out of the house during the Arkansas game. *rolling my eyes here* Tekia came up with lots of cheesy poses on her own (as you'll see in the pictures). I'd be taking someone else's picture and hear her calling me. I'd turn around and she'd be sitting there smiling, just waiting for me to take her picture. Hunter refused to smile a real smile or sit still for more than 15 seconds. And he and Avery would not cooperate for a brother-sister picture. I sat them down together for about 2 minutes, and by the end of it, he wouldn't even look at me and Ave was crying. Jamal mainly just wanted to spit in the water and see if fish would come. So it was a pretty typical outing for us. We were only there an hour, but it seemed much, much longer.

I may get in trouble for posting these because one of them could end up being the Christmas card pic if we don't get the whole family together for one!
