Guess what?
That's right! Sweet baby Jordan is home for Christmas! My mom and I handed her over to her new parents last Friday. Please continue to keep Jordan, her birth parents, and her adoptive parents in your prayers, especially this week. More details to come in a few days when things are a little more "official." :-)
